Product Description

1) Knife sealing mechanism: rotary knife sealing mechanism, 132 center distance single knife single heating tube, straight grain, 3 stripes coarse tooth knife seat length 180mm, surface nickel treatment. Optional knife sealing chain (single knife), optional 90, 105, 150 center distance.
2) Middle sealing mechanism: hot plate type small wheel, hot plate is made of copper, paper pulling wheel is vertical grain, paper pulling wheel width is 10mm, pressing wheel is rice pattern, pressing width is 12mm; standard with powered middle sealing lower conveyor; install green PVC belt. Optional middle sealing cover.
3) The paper feeding swing rod mechanism is a basic paper feeding swing rod mechanism, standard with roller needle exhaust.
4) The paper support mechanism is standard with single support.
5) The tail rack is a belt feed tail rack with a length of 2 meters; the tail rack belt is a green PVC belt (non-food grade), and the left and right movable panels are 180mm wide and 25mm high; the height and width of the movable panels can be modified to non-standard, and flocking cloth can be optionally installed.
6) The tail rack can be optionally equipped with a synchronous belt feed tail rack and a push block feed tail rack.
7) Bag maker: standard adjustable bag maker, adjustable maximum width 160mm.
8) Standard green PVC belt for discharging, with a brush, length of 340mm.
9) The carbon steel frame has a black appearance, and the knife seal guard is a black ABS polymer.
