Product Description
This machine is mainly used for automatic capping and capping of plastic screw caps. It can be used for round, square or special-shaped bottles.
The bottle is transported into the mold plate through the conveyor belt, and sent to the top cover station (the cover is arranged in a unified direction under the action of the cap manager in advance). After the top cover is completed, the mold plate moves to the capping station, and the capping head moves downward and rotates to tighten the lid. This machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry, pesticide and other industries, through man-machine cooperation to complete the process of automation equipment, can improve the efficiency, has a reasonable structure, reliable performance and wide adaptability.
This machine is designed to adopt disc positioning bottle for clearance movement, through a set or two sets of capping to the positioning of the bottle capping sealing. Screw capping adopts our servo capping system, first reverse rotation correction, and then forward rotation tightening, while the torque is constant, no damage to the cap. The mould plate used for the equipment is customized according to the customer's sample. It has high stability in the conveying process and is the ideal sealing equipment in the customer's mind.
