Product Application:
1.Basic Introduction:
The automatic case unpacking machine can open vertical cardboard and correct the right-angle automatically. Automatic carton erector machine is a case packer that deals with unpacking ,carton flexing and packing. This machine adopts PLC and touch screen to control. As a result, it is more convenient to operate and manage. Additionally, it can reduce labour input and lower labour intensity. It is the ideal choice of the automation producing lines. It will greatly reduce the cost of packing. Hot melt adhesive can also be utilized in this machine.
2.Appliances:
Automatic Carton Erector is a kind of flow-line equipment, using for opening boxboards, folding bottoms of boxboards, sealing bottoms of boxboards automatically on a large scale production; it is used widely for packing all sorts of productions with papery boxboards, it is indispensable for automatic productions.
The machine can finish a series of operations, such as carton opening, shaping ,folding and sticking the adhesive tape
Features of automatic case unpacking machine :
1. Siemens PLC controller and Touch Screen, good friendly interface and visualized operation.
2. Adopt vertical storage of cardboard which can store 60-80 cartons and it can add the cardboard at any time, without closing down.
3. Easy to adjust the machine parameters to adapt to a variety sizes of cartons.
4. Unfold folded papery boxboards, close bottoms and seal them by gummed tapes automatically.
5. Imported pneumatic and electric components ensure trouble-free operation for a long time.
6. Automatic alarm and closing down system when faults occur.
7.Cutter safety system to prevent hands from hurting by the cutter.
