1. Knowing the unboxing, storage, handling, and arrangement of equipment;Supervise the operation of installation work and provide all necessary information and suggestions;
Guide special installation procedures and techniques;
Check if preventive measures for people and machines have been taken in accordance with regulations;
2. The seller is responsible for the debugging work of the entire set of equipment.
3. The buyer is responsible for providing the factory building for installing the equipment and defining the installation location of the equipment; The buyer is responsible for providing intact and matching power and compressed air sources to the equipment, and is responsible for connecting the power and compressed air pipelines to the corresponding interfaces of the equipment; The buyer shall provide raw materials and auxiliary materials for testing; The buyer is responsible for the design of all factory buildings, workshop lighting, maintenance sources, ventilation and air conditioning, fire protection, lightning protection and grounding systems in the main factory building; The buyer is responsible for the design of the installation location of the equipment, the external power supply system of the equipment, and the compressed air pipeline.
4. The buyer shall provide two or more system management personnel, one responsible for system operation and use, and the other responsible for system maintenance and upkeep. Personnel with a college degree or above and at least 3 years of experience in the use and maintenance of mechanical equipment are required to be responsible employees.
5. The seller shall provide the buyer with system operation and maintenance training, mainly including the structural composition of the robot system, system connections, system functions and operations, system software programming, basic structure and performance of equipment, construction and principles of main components, daily operation, maintenance and management, troubleshooting of common faults, and handling of emergency situations.

1. All equipment provided by our company has a one-year warranty (excluding consumables). During the warranty period, except for component damage or equipment problems caused by human factors, our company is responsible for free repair and replacement of parts.
2. 6. Once a malfunction occurs, we will respond immediately. On the one hand, we will handle it quickly by phone or fax, and on the other hand, we will arrive at the user's site within 48 hours to handle it. After arriving at the site, it is usually necessary to make a conclusion analysis within one hour, and once the conclusion is drawn, it will be dealt with immediately. Simultaneously record customer feedback, as long as the customer's requirements are reasonable, they are unconditionally met.
7. Spare parts supply, in order to minimize the storage cost of spare parts for customers and not affect their production, we usually have sufficient reserves of various standard spare parts. In special circumstances, if a customer urgently needs a certain type of spare parts and is unable to complete internal procurement procedures or make payment in time, we will also send the spare parts to the customer as soon as possible. During the warranty period, our company will provide non vulnerable spare parts free of charge and bear any labor, transportation or transportation costs incurred as a result.
8. We need to establish close and good cooperative relationships with customers, learn from each other in cooperation, listen to their suggestions, and respect their opinions. When installing and debugging the machine, we will provide systematic and standardized training for operators, maintenance and management personnel.
