2. System workflow
The overall movement of the robot is divided into two parts, namely, taking products and loading boxes.

Robot body
Carton storage and opening device
The whole stainless steel structure is used for design and processing, the use of sucker tooling to open the box, photoelectric induction to achieve signal interaction with the robot.
Customized sucker grip (one set)
A. Customize according to the characteristics of the workpiece, and design and process the specific workpiece to be processed;
B. The surface of the gripper must be flat or uniform.
Needles sorting and conveyor (one set)
Needles sorting device adopting vibration type to ensure the needles in the same direction.
The conveyor is with double stations of positing device to ensure of the efficiency.
Electrical control system
The system uses PLC and motion controller for control and management, with automatic control, status display, detection, protection, alarm, product detection and other functions, can carry out self-diagnosis system fault. Pneumatic, stop, suspension, emergency stop and other operation modes of the system can be carried out through the operation panel. In addition, the system running status and system alarm are displayed on the main operation panel, as well as by the system alarm lamp. The emergency stop of the system can be carried out by any emergency stop button on the robot control cabinet, teaching box, main operation panel, auxiliary operation panel and so on. Electrical, mechanical and safety identification plates are in Both Chinese and English.
Safety protection measures
1. Please do not work with the robot in the working area (including the tools used by the robot).
2. Party B is responsible for installing plexiglass protective cover in the robot working area.
3. Party A shall provide relevant safety education to its staff. During the automatic operation, teaching and operation of the robot, the staff shall not enter the working area of the robot by themselves.
4. When the robot starts automatically, starts again and manually, please be sure to confirm the setting operation and starting conditions of the robot.
